Back again guys… pestering you all about the French-Indochina War once more, hoping you'll forgive me and be willing to share your knowledge. What colours would you recommend for military vehicles, and also the vessels of the dinassauts? I tend to use Humbrol enamels, basically because they're the easiest for me to get, although I admit they aren't as good as they used to be back "in the good old days". However this isn't written in stone and I will use other brands if I can get them. Thanks everyone. |

No idea of the pots, but otherwise pure Us ww2 stuff. If the paint was suffering locally, use same could find on Pacific troops. |

With your interest in this period, you might like the Fields of Fire Reloaded website. It is for Vietnam wargamers and one of its boards is devoted to La Guerre d'Indochine. Despite the title of the board, it is in English. Here's the link: link Tom |

US olive drab ranging from brand new to very faded for vehicles though some British ones may have been Deep Bronze Green. Grey for landing craft.I don't have a specific colour refernece but I've seen both a very neutral mid-grey and a slighlty darker blueish grey used on scale models. |
