I ordered some 10mm Pendraken figures for the Falklands War. Now I need to find rules, looking for something easy to learn and fairly simple. I plan to base multiple figures to a base and would like these to represent a section (withe the idea of each player commanding a company or two). What are my options out there? |

PAR, I recommend 5Core Company Commander. I've played out 21 battles with them and love them. I believe they meet all your requirements save possibly the last; these are really a company plus support per side; I suppose you can go larger, but I've never tried it. In any case, this should be right up your alley: link This is Gaz Shaw playing Falklands in 10mm using 5Core Company Commander. Here's a link to the first batrep from my WWII Campaign in Poland, September 1939: link Hope this helps, and please let me know if you have any questions. V/R, Jack |

A lot of games tend to skip past the "one stand is a section" stage and go straight to platoons. I'd be happy to answer questions about FiveCore Company Commander. Crossfire is also very adaptable as it fits the same scale |

Arc of Fire would be my choice or the Falklands verion of IABSM. |

Cold War Commander has army lists for Platoon level Falklands games and is ideal for 10mm figures. |

TooFatLardies have published scenarios for their rules which given the age of the publication I think must have been I ain't been shot mum. Those rules would suit a company based game. However, their more recent Chain of Command would almost certainly work but that's at a lower level with a platoon for each player. |
