I've just put up some pictures on my blog of a 1/72 scale NZLAV that I have made using the S&S resin kit:

great model.
sorry about the gun barrel not being as accurate as it should be.
had to draw the line somewhere as I could not get those details in a 72 scale model.
keep it up

Thanks Shaun for your encouragement!
I hear what you are saying about having to draw the line somewhere on detail, and certainly it is a very nice kit! By no means was I trying to bag it as I intend to buy more and hopefully within the next couple of months!

I have shown it to a few NZ Army officers and NCOs and they have all been impressed with how accurate it, and pleasantly surprised that someone is making a 1/72 scale model of the NZLAV. So the kit is getting positive feedback from the folk who use the real thing:)

In fact the feedback on the kit was so positive that they were looking at the possibility of buying some for use as teaching aids!
