Our group if empire gamers (yes, we are a dwindling group) are going to celebrate the anniversary of waterloo by the-fighting it Empire style. We have dedicated three days to the affair, with enough people should be possible and fun. This is taking place in an suburb outside of Dayton ohio. We can use everyone who would be interested If anyone lives in the area or wishes to take a road trip, let me know and we would love to have you. Specific needs first would be someone who loves the british and WANTS to be Wellington or any other commander. French command is good, other than one or two corps commanders and divisional stuff. We will all be doing double snd triple duty for sure, but the more people the better. Anyway, that's the gist. Look forward to hearing from some interested people!! |

Where exactly are you located? I used to live in Fairborn (on Dayton Yellow Springs Rd) but now live on the Eastern edge of WV. However my sister still lives just north of Dayton (near Greenville) maybe I could visit her and play as well. Do I need to bring my copy of Empire V? |

Hey guys! Great to hear from you! I actually live in beavercreek, so right next door to yellow springs! So, we would love to have you. Couple questions, I am assuming that even if it's been awhile you both are familiar with Empire? Are you guys willing to play the bad guys? Er, I mean british? Also, if you happen to be rather experienced in the history snd the rules, someone will have to be Blucher as well! 😊 I will provide plenty of info as we go forward, but needless to say, there will be some double duty involved. We have needs from division/brigade to corps to army commander. Feel free to ask me anything u need to know Yes, I would suggest bringing your rules! It is not unknown to have to look a rule or two up! Wink wink |

The plan is to have the deployments done in advance by army commanders. This way Thursday morning we csn get right to it following each sides "breakfast". Nobody will need any troops, they are all accounted for. John |
