Does anyone have any information on this or a larger image?

Does anyone have a coloured image of a foot soldier on a 9th-10th Century Persian Jug, Saffarid or Samanid Period

The Shahnama was composed in nearby Ghazni in the tenth century, so it is a possibility for portrayal of stories.

I have added a couple of extracts, from David Nicole's thesis, about Khurāsānian cavalry and infantry.
