"A Maori pa was a fortified settlement with palisades and defensive terraces. In the pre-European period, these were often built on prominent raised ground, especially volcanic hills. The natural slope of the hill was then terraced. Roly Hermans a New Zealand Veteran war-gamer, For years wanted to have a pa on his wargames table for colonial New Zealand Wars games, but constructing the fencing from pieces of wood was too fiddly and time-consuming, and the results too fragile. Then he came across Printable Scenery …"I discussed with Printable Scenery's Matt Barker how a model pa needed to work for wargaming…"

If I purchase these patterns, can I provide them to a 3D printing service to produce them for me? If so, any recommendations from anyone who has done something similar? |

I think that is the idea unless you happen to have a printer yourself. I am thinking of getting some of the stone walls. |

These look great. I have the Empress figures and all games so far have ben around European farms and forts as they are easy to find. This gets a bit samey. Has anyone had any experience of 3D printing? The only ones I have seen were WW1 aircraft and their owner complained that it was hard to get the paint to hold on them. Regards Alan |
