"Excellent Service from Maverick Models" Topic

I recently received an order of flags from Maverick Models and both the service and flags were first class. Stuart was very good at communicating with me and offered to resize the flags… an offer I took him up on, even though it was only a few millimeters difference. When the flags arrived they fit the poles I was using perfectly. He was also very helpful in providing modelling tips.

Yep i have only just recentlydiscovered Maverick and my one and only (so far) order was great service and great flags.

I'm also going to have to commend Stuart to everyone for excellent service. One flag was sent in error due to a glitch on his website cart which he offered to replace immediately – I offered to pay for the new one and he said no.

He then made a couple of flags for me that were not on his website which he made very quickly and they look great too. All through the process he has been in constant communication with me, even when I've been changing my mind about sizing everything has been cool.

A true gent and with a wonderful product and fantastic service, can't wait to get more flags from him.

Just recently found Maverick Models, received my NYW flags yesterday, great flags, excellent service, will definitely be getting more.
