Can anyone provide an up to date directory of US distributors of 15mm figures? The Royal Mail has made buying anything from the UK almost prohibitive and many of the so-called US stockists have only bits and pieces of the UK company's products. Thanks. |

Royal Mail is making us all look elsewhere. It must be a serious loss for UK small businesses. |

And of course there are US companies that make 15mm as well. |

I don't understand your question. Are you looking for people in the US who distribute Brit figs? |

I am looking for distributors or manufacturers of 15mm figs in the USA. I am brand new to 15mm and really don't know who is out there. |

What periods are you looking for? US manufacturers cover pretty much everything. It would help if you would be more specific. DAve wargamingminiatures.com |

What is Royal Mail doing differently? |

I've never had a problem ordering UK figs here in the US. I'd like to know what Royal Mail is doing differently as well. I've heard the horror stories for UK buyers of US figs of course. |

Figures: 19th Century, Colonial, FPW Royal Mail: Price, now costs up to 50% of the figure cost, up from 30-40%. Mr Crispy, kindly send me your list of 50 manufacturers. As I stated I have never touched 15mm and have no idea who makes them. 79th PA-THANKS! that's just what I was looking for. |

Actually, Extra Crispy, can you post that list here for us all. I've been in to 15 mm from jump in this hobby and I'd be hard pressed to come up with 50. JasonAfrika, if you give us a sense of periods of interest, that might help. But some off the top of my head: khurasan, stone mountain, old glory 15s, musket miniatures, rebel minis, splintered light minis. Also, don't leave out Canada as a source, there are – or were – some up there. Isn't CandC Amreican? So, I rattled off six but there are 50? This is a question I really want to see answered – though my wife might not like that! 50% – that's a lot more than any I've seen, a LOT more. It is maybe ordering very small orders causing the problem? A one pack order might end up with an even higher shipping cost, I suspect. Or have things changed even more for the worse on this front? So many nice lines all around the planet it would be a shame they move out of reach based solely on shipping costs. Though, we must keep in mind, we've lived in a truly gilded age as far as the ease of obtaining anything we want at absurdly low costs – especially for shipping. Go back but a few generations and shipping costs were vastly higher. |

Depends on the quantity you are ordering. As an ex-pat I've order from the UK and if your order is big enough the postage fees are either reduced or waved. I get free shipping on most orders over $225.00 USD |
