Hi,
Has anyone else experienced poor service from BTD?, a five week wait so far for my order to materialize, and no response to my emails. Not impressed at all.

You're not alone. I've experienced the same. My orders did arrive…eventually…I guess things haven't changed in the intervening years.

Complete opposite here. Ordered on the 1st got some dudes on the 6th with a hand written note about a back order. Perhaps it's a UK issue not common with our attentive Texan friends.

No, I'm here in the states. They could have walked it over LA, MS, and AL to GA faster than it came by postal service. Both times my order came, but I swear that one time I had forgotten about it by the time it arrived. My EIR must have survived even without supporting artillery. Nice product and people, no doubt. Just need to get the act together.

Strange.

I ordered some of their 50% sale figures recently and they arrived in OZ in 2 weeks – no problem, emails were also exchanged smoothly.

Some years back I did have issues – some of the order arrived in good time others took awhile longer though BTD did add some freebies into the mix to make up for the delay.

I got an e mail telling me my stuff was being sent a couple a days ago and it arrived this morning -about two weeks which is fine.
Last time it was five months and a load of grief although they gave me a very generous number of figs as an apology so I was very happy.!!

I've been impressed with their US operation. They do have to wait for stock from the UK sometimes, though, and will send partial orders.

Plus, their 'preferred customers' (which is anyone who signs up) get great weekly sales.

…and yesterday they emailed a general apology for all the recent cock-ups with a £5.00 GBP voucher code, although I for one was very happy with the service.

Does anyone know if there have been any recent issues ? It's 2 weeks since I placed an order and so far not even an acknowledgement …..

I have had good experience with them. I live in Pennsylvania and I have received my last three orders from them in Texas within a few days. Also nice hand written note thanking me for the order.

I just ordered two days ago and I have the e-mail that it is on the way to me.

I am signed up on their new website and do get weekly e-mails on their sales. Good deals. I ordered Late Roman infantry at 40% off in recent sale.
