Looking for some ideas on how to make 15 mm camouflage netting?

Cheesecloth or medical gauze.

I used to use the mesh in registered envelopes. Just get an envelope and soak it in water till the paper comes away from the mesh. But that was over forty years ago so they may be made different now.
