"The Enigma 8x8, displayed on the Emirates Defense Technology's (EDT) stand for the duration of IDEX, provides high-levels of protection, heavy weapons systems, amphibious capabilities, an unrivaled spacious interior that can accommodate 11 personnel, all without compromising the 28-ton vehicle's mobility.

The production of the Enigma will be at EDT's facility in Abu Dhabi, where it has already undertaken stringent tests ahead of its official introduction at IDEX, will further support the UAE's development of an indigenous defense industry and enhance EDT's global reputation as a modern and progressive defense company.

Attending the unveiling ceremony, H.E Saeed Mohammad bin Butti Al Qubaisi, Vice Chairman of Emirates Defense Technology, said: "Emirates Defense Technology is proud to deliver another state-of-the-art armored vehicle, which has been designed and developed here in Abu Dhabi, and further enhances the UAE's burgeoning defense industry."…"
