Check out Hotz Mats. They look good, hold up well, and you can get different hex sizes.

You can also have a custom vinyl Banner printed with whatever you want on it.
They don't have a 4x6 option, but 4x8 is $34. USD

I have not purchased from Hotz because of the poor press he gets on this site. Before ordering check out the various topics on the message boards about Hotz mats and form your own opinion. My impression is that you will eventually get what you order from him but it may take a while and he does not respond to email. Lovely product from the looks of it but Corsec is much more responsive and willing to work with you to tailor their product to what you want. They made me a space mat. I want ted black and white, not the gorgeous colors and I wanted the hex grid to be as unobtrusive as possible. They did it.

I bought mine from Monday Knight and it's excellent.
