In the last Wargame Illustrated, the Perry explain the genesis of this range in 28mm which would be available at February. Some uniforms are inspired by French armies like the Brazilians or Union armies like the Argentines. The Uruguayans using elements of Carlist uniforms. The cavalry and artillery will arrive Soon.
