would I be historically ok mixing some of the Perry Agincourt period plastics into my War of the Roses Units?

personally, I did it with some of the commoners. I figured, some poorer troops would have on old gear. I didn't want to do it for the heavily armored men, as armor had changed so much. but, I if were playing a fun game with you, I wouldn't care at all!

IIRC the Men-at-Arms sets are cross-compatable with the arms. So if you wanted to make FREX MAA with sallets from 1430-1440 mix the Agincourt era arms with WotR bodies to suggest an "earlier" set of armor from the WotR. You could the also use some of the later style MAA from the Agincourt range (in great bascinets, FREX) to do a 1430-1440 army (and possibly up to the end of the conflict at that). Might also be able to do some interesting figures by using the WotR arms on some of the later types from the Agincourt range (i.e. those with great bascinets) to mix in with a WotR army…

Damon.

The big thing is do not mix your "character" stands or prime knight stands with the anachronistic figures--you will want any personalities and important Knights to be cutting-edge in armor. Same goes perhaps with longbowmen in livery. But figures representing ordinary infantry would be fine IMHO.
