@Terrement – you've training in knife fighting, then? The male pose, other than the direction of the blade, is actually an excellent knife fighting technique. For Rodrick, glad to see options and hoping for some expansions of your Steampunk ranges – sounds like we have a hint of more to come this year? I'm less interested in any 'units' than I am in 'characters' but I'm sure others will enjoy units. |

Just finished painting set 1, now these are available oh well I can do more Tarzan figures. Early morning writer is correct, the only problen with the blade down position is it limites the number of strike options. I also agreee wityh his note to Rodrick, would love to have more "steampunk" characters. |

Okay, for what it's worth, I just have to toss this in here. I NEED! a group of baboons and I NEED! a group of chimpanzees in 15 mm for my Africa Game I'm working on (target of 720 beasts – over 500 acquired so far) and with your wonderful sculpting skills, Mr. Campbell, what will it take to get you to create these for me – and others who will want them? Mind you, these need to be zoologically correct, not fantasy creatures, since I'm creating wildlife in support of my game, think a well populated Serengeti Plain and environs. Not exactly pure history, more of a Tarzanic world. But I NEED those critters. Oh, and by groups, I mean probably 3 dozen of the baboons and 3 dozen of the chimps! More than one pose would be GREAT. Might as well go for broke, also looking for two or three species of gazelles/antelopes for Africa and, especially, African Cape Buffalo figures. Single poses here are okay, and again, 3 dozen of each will be needed. Herds, herds. So, how say you, sir? |

For Mr. Campbell as inspiration to his amazing sculpting skills: link and since the above leaves out the tommies, a link for them as well: link And, naturally, if you travel this road, when the species has a distinct variation between male and female, one sculpt of each would be SPECTACULAR! …and a video of why Africa can be, um, 'fun' to game: YouTube link …and that video helps explain why I NEED some of these guys: link Africa is more than a place for exploration and colonialism for gaming, much more. |

Baboons you say? Those would be a good addition to the Gideon's Dust or the VSF stuff. More Steampunk. Indeed. I have commission work through the end of March and then I get to play a bit with my own lines. Rod |
