I am converting a toy train to a 28mm armored train. I thought it would be cool to have an engineer figure looking out the side window of the engine and maybe a figure inside stoking/shoveling coal.

Any possibilities in 28mm? Anything convertable?

Thanks

A couple of the Foundry Victorian Ne'er do wells might work. They have their arm sticking out, holding a weapon. I could remove the weapon, bend the arm and have it sticking out of the window.

Reviresco has a late 19th Century train crew which might work for you. tin-soldier.com/train.html They are 1:72 scale (25mm) but should be OK in your train.

We have an RCW A/C train crew but no one actively stoking -
