Matchbox Skybusters diecast toys has a Firefox lookalike model thats roughly 15mm scale. I'll see if I can find a picture.

I made one a few years ago in 6mm. it was fun and worth trying but I would suggest a different donor plane.

Shapeways had a few on some of the speculative aircraft stores . . . they all got taken down. Though other movie aircraft are still on the same sites.
