We have a massive amount of new figures to show you from the work bench of Richard Ansell. He has sent me pictures of the Grenadiers de France in bearskins, 8 different Russian artillery crew, and personality figures for Fermor, von Browne and Prinz Moritz. click on the link to the new Fife & Drum website (which now includes Minden Miniatures on the same site) and click on the Work Bench tab (under "More") at the top of the page. link Here is a little preview of what you will find on our Minden workbench:
best regards, Fritz |

Those look great. Any pictures of the Hessians for AWI? Matthew |

The Hessians are next in the sculpting queue, so maybe in production in June/July of this year. We had run out of hessian dollies at the time of Stewart Griffin's passing, so to fill Richard's time I had him switch over to some SYW figures until we could get the Hessian parts cast. Now that we have the dollies, we can start sculpting the Hessians. Jim |

How about bombardiers? Perhaps, separate heads…? |

Thanks Jim, I think all the stuff you have been getting in looks fantastic. I know the Hessians will look great as well. Matthew |

Lovely minis… Do you plan to release something like "reinforcement" packs with varied poses for the rank and file guys? |
Musketier | 17 Feb 2015 2:01 p.m. PST |
"varied poses"?! You must be thinking of Landsknechts, Sir, or else Napoleonic conscripts… |
Der Alte Fritz | 17 Feb 2015 11:35 p.m. PST |
Yes, what Musketeer said. The SYW range has a more formal look to it whereas the AWI is more informal and thus has more variety of poses. |
