Some time ago I have painted three foot sergeants. This was my first time when I was painting medieval figures in this scale. Do you know any tips about painting battle damages on shields? Excellent paint job! See if you can do battle damage to shields before gluing/painting. Make cuts and scratches on shields and use them as guides when painting. Look for internet images of damaged shields.
