Some time ago I have painted three foot sergeants. This was my first time when I was painting medieval figures in this scale. Do you know any tips about painting battle damages on shields? Sorry for my english :).

Excellent paint job!

See if you can do battle damage to shields before gluing/painting. Make cuts and scratches on shields and use them as guides when painting. Look for internet images of damaged shields.
