Black background, green text over purple line-art?

While I'm all for looking at the content over the presentation, sites like this make it very hard. I got three sentences before starting to see ghost text from the eyestrain.

It highlights all the text, making it white on blue. Much easier to read.

I dunno – light blue on medium blue is still a bit of strain for me – but it is better.
