Any idea on how to calculate unit strength and skirmish values for Fast Play Grande Armee?

Skirmish values follow mainstream GA, dependent entirely on perceived quality of skirmishers. The French are mainly SK2; others vary between SK1 and SK2.

There are two ways you can do strength points. You can take an average brigade size (say 2,500) and award SPs on quality (as shown in the rules document). Or you can use the GA table to calculate strengths:
Guard: 1SP per 200 inf, 150 cav
Elite: 300/200
Veteran: 400/250
Trained: 500/300
Conscript: 600/350
Raw: 700/400

Plus add 2SP for a divisional battery.
