Once again I find myself having to post a comment about the fine service provided by Ken Litko and his company. I did 3 orders to various companies that are listed in the manufacturers on this website.
Of the 3 Litko is the only company that sent me the correct order and in less than a week.
Even though Litko was backlogged a week Ken put my order thru as I advised him I need movement trays for an event I was running this weekend.
Keep up the good work Ken! |

Ken at Litko went above and beyond the call to correct a problem I had with an order. Highly recommended, especially for bases and custom acrylic display stands. |

Are they generally a little slow to ship? I ordered from their website for the first time, and am starting to get a bit antsy. It's only been two weeks, which is normal, but I'm spoiled on some really fast retailers. |

Sam, I called in an order Monday the 7th and was advised they were deluged in December and January and are running about a two week ship lag. This is significantly behind their normal turnaround time but is circumstance driven. I too have had great experiences with Litko over the past few years and, while they might be a little behind on shipping, they are a great outfit. I would not be worried. I suggest you drop them an email inquiry about the anticipated ship date of your order. You will love their products. |

Not only have I had near immediate turn around on all my orders, I have near immediate reply when I email with questions that do not result in an order. Ken is a great guy. |

Absolutely. It doesn't get any better than Litko. They are the cream of the crop, both in quality product and outstanding customer service. |

I've used them a number of times for all my 6mm bases.
Good service and no problems with the orders or delivery to the UK.
Their ultra thin (0.8mm) bases are ideal for micro scale. PS Sam - I bought your rules a little while ago but haven't got round to using them yet as still putting together some armies. They look good fun though ! |
