What period and scale? If you are talking about the French colonial Marines of the French and Indian war, yes in various scales.

OG 15mm Boxer Rebelion figs. I'm pretty sure they got some french Colonial Marines. If not look at the German See Battalion figs from the same range. They might do the trick.

Alain Touller make a line of colonial French Marines, but his website has been kaput for some time. Here is a link to a pdf of his catalog (in French).
