Over the last couple of years, I have bought just a handful of figures, my lead pile is hugh already. I have ordered 3 times from Blacktree USA during the last 24 months…1st order, Colonial Zulu Brits, received my complete order in 4 days. Second order, DAK WWII Germans, received my order in 4 days. Just recently, ordered Vikings, received my order in 4 days. They are in TX, I am in KY…not exactly close. Every order has been complete and what is truly amazing is my last order was shipped in a handy metal box with a thank you note! I was speachless…I am a customer for life. Thank you.

Blacktree USA customer service is outstanding! Ordered half a dozen times in the last couple of years and they never missed a beat.

I've ordered 6-8 times in the last couple of years and have not had a single negative issue. The orders were all around $100 USD each and never a mistake! Wish I could say that about some other mfgs!

They're good now? When they opened the US office it all went south and my order took over a year to mostly fill. If they perform now, I might order again.

I had the same worries, but when I wanted some 28mm WW II a few months ago I decided to chance them with a small order. It came (just like everybody above) in a matter of days. I jumped onto their 50% off order a month later and had the same experience. Tried again a week or so ago and I had the same great experience. 3-3, with excellent communication throughout. They have gotten their stuff together!

I ordered an "army deal" over a month ago. Two weeks ago I received an e-mail saying some of the items were out of stock and some have been shipped.

And that's it, nothing has arrived. I sent an e-mail as follow-up, but haven't received a response.

I'm not upset, just annoyed. If the stuff was out of stock, why not tell me sooner?

I've placed three platoon- sized orders with BTD UK in the past few months and can't fault them.

One order had a duplicate of a Soviet general instead of a very similar looking German general, which they corrected as soon as I let them know, and another order came with a note which said one pack of British 8th Army was out of stock, which they emailed me yesterday to say was on its way, and which arrived in the post today.

I was no stranger to their terrible service several years ago, but they do seem to have now turned a corner.

Another upvote for US customer service

I placed an order in the evening and then woke up in the morning realising I had forgotten to add something. Called them – they were just about to pack up my order – added the extra pack without any fuss

I ordered some Persians figures from Black Tree UK some months ago. I send an email asking for the figures, they did not asnswered. I open a dispute through Paypal. They said they had just send the figures. The order never arrived and Paypal had to refund me the money. I had not a single word of apologize from them. And I am still waiting the figures.

Sorry - only verified members can post on the forums.
