Subject line says it all. I've affixed some Musket Miniatures paper flags to flag poles; I used Elmer's Glue. Is it safe to seal them with Testors' Dullcote? Any down side? Thanks in advance! |

Have't used Musket Miniatures flags that I remember, but have used the same process for over 25 years. Worked well with anything from professionally printed flags to my home made ones on my printer. Only thing I can recommend is to use a light coat and don't hold the can too close to the flags. You don't want to saturate them. |

I found that my flags would sometimes frost, but a quick coat of gloss varnish (I actually used Future!) and the flags looked great. |

Yep… let everything dry well before spraying and make sure it isn't humid out and you should be fine. |

I'd be inclined to actually seal them with slightly diluted Matt Medium, it's probably more flexible and less likely to crack, as any acrylic based matt varnish would be. |

I agree with "Halifax49" that my applications have resulted in frosting and have just left them as is. |
