I would like to express my disapointment about "Wargames + Miniatures Game Store" for their online order service to Greece . I ordered in July 2014 an amount of items (about 100euro) , payed them via paypal and never received them. I have sent many emails for explanations and received one answer not to worry. They sayed everything is ok and i will have my order before Christmas. Nothing is happened until now and they did not respond to my emails anymore! I think my case is lost and hope not to happent to any other consumer ! |

Did it have tracking on it? I shipped once to Greece from an eBay sale and it was stolen and once to Italy and it was stolen. Both times I was out the items and the money. I do not ship out of the US except to the UK and New Zealand any more. |

It was a free shipping without tracking ! I'm buying online over ten years without any problems via paypal and from many stores ! The problem here is that this "store" did not respond to explain, if they sent the order or not! "Stolen" by greek post-service is an explanation, but is rare ! |

Hello epos68 We are sad to hear that your order never made it to you. Our owner has been in hospital for some time, but is now back alive and kicking. I do know he was dealing directly with your order and has advised me that he is putting together a duplicate order within the next couple of days. Should the original order arrive, please do keep it :) I'm sure he will be in contact over the weekend to explain or at least reiterate the above. Correspondence has been lapse during this period which we apologize profusely. The store is now back to 110% . |

I'm really sorry about the health issues of the owner and i hope that he will recover soon ! Please, understand my concern about the situation ! I have corrected my postcode too, to 54248 insteed of the one mentioned in the order, one week after ordering ! Maybe there is the problem ! Thanks for responding !!! |

After a month+ and the situation remains the same! Neither of my order has arrived, the "lost" one and its "duplicate" !!!
Really, I did not know what to believe!
In the meantime, i have ordered from "WARLORD GAMES"."PLASTIC SOLDIER COMPANY" and "PENDRAKEN", and received my orders in 10-12 days ! All that in early February! Excellent service from all of them !!! |

Despite the delay, i received my order today! Really,i'm very happy about it! The problem was the postcode, told me from the post office! There was a change with the regions, which i did not know ! Thanks anyway, was not your fault!!! |

This is why I am leery of shipping anything from the USA to any country other than UK in Europe. Seems the postal systems there are bad and the seller gets banged for issues that are on your end. That's not to say you are the reason personally but rather your postal system is poor. |
