Site maintenance apparently?

Hi Everyone:

Sorry about our apparent disappearance from the scene. As UK agent (Battle Models Ltd), I ceased my association with Warmodelling because I was unable to obtain reliable supplies from the factory. However, my colleagues at Capitan Games and I decided to set up a UK company and I'm now happy to announce that Capitan Games Ltd, that very company, are now re-furbishing the old Warmodelling moulds to commence production in the UK.

A well-known UK trader will represent us at shows and we will re-open the online shop as soon as we have our first supply of figures. That should be within the next week or so.

The process of re-stocking the entire Warmodelling range will take some time and we have decided to re-introduce the figures over a period. First will be Napoleonic British, then French Garde, then French regular and so on.

The Capitan ranges are also to be produced over here and will form part of our online shop offerings. Fortunately, these moulds are fairly new and will not need refurbishment. We have just taken delivery of the masters for our "Gunboat" miniatures range (boat kits and figures) but this time in 10 mm scale – which allows us to add a frigate and a sloop to the boat kits. The new lines will be demo'd at "Salute" this year with the rules updated and re-issued as "Squadron Commander". You'll still be able to get the old 15 mm figures and Gunboat rules from Caliver Books and our website.

The new company has a very extensive list of projects for the next year or so. We can be found on Facebook as capitangames and we issue a newsletter to our existing mailing list – you can join by going to: http//:shop.capitangames.com/ and a new service for our Divisional Commander tactical Napoleonic rules can be found at link

If anyone needs further information, contact us on info@capitangames.com.

Cheers,
Mike Oliver
Director – Capitan Games Ltd

Hi Mike,

Will this include the 28mm Spanish Napoleonic's as well?
I had an order ready to send when the site went off line.

Cheers,

Steve.

We hope so but it may take a little longer. There is a little stock in my store room and I think my colleague may have some figures at his home in Mallorca. If you'd like to e-mail me with what you want, I'll see what we can do.
