having just gotten back into gaming again after a very long hiatus, I decided to go with 15mm. I have a bunch of different vehicles (Matchbox, some Hexbug toys, etc) that I am looking to kitbash. What I really need are weapons. I have a few of the sets from Rebel Minis, and know there are a lot more out there, so I was just wondering if there were a few suppliers that TMP members would recommend as there general "go to" sellers. Thanks! |

Gundam, zoids and anime models. Most manufacturers produce coversion and upgrade kits in 1/72/100/144 scale that are very useful for kitbashing. |

Lion in the Stars has most of the suggestions I would have made. DP9 has plenty of missile launchers and some gatlin guns that should be perfect. I have seen people using WH40K pistols as 15mm Heavy Weapons. So a bolt pistol is a heavy bolter. Plasma pistol is a heavy plasma. ect… |

Pretty sweet, Gavin! Is there a way to figure shippage without signing up? Thanks! Sorry, I got a bit off track; do you have an FLGS, hoplite318? I know mine's a great place to have an eye out for spare bits. I get a bajillion every time I'm around to clean up. ;->= And, of course, there's always green stuff and toothpicks. DIY CAN rule. Just be on the look out for anything with small parts that you're about to pitch. Doug |

Stan Johansen makes some weapons scaled specifically for Matchbox or Hot Wheels scale cars. They are made for post-apocalypse Car Wars or Road Warrior style fighting, but would work fine for what you want as well, I think. I have some for my Car Wars games. Here's a link, scroll down. link |

Ok, now that I have found some weapons, what about 15mm sci fi driver, gunner and/or passenger figures? |

Hoplite318, I hope you don't mind if I hop on your thread -- I"m also in need of some gunners for my Brigade Models Mantra cavalry vehicles. Any suggestions from anybody? |

Dave As I was speaking to Tony at the weekend (see TMP link ) he said that hes having some new (Martin Baker sculpted) figures done "as we speak" which include the Mantra Combat Car Gunners. But I'm sure he can say that for himself! John T |
