LITTLE LAMBENT METEORS

It occurred to me the other night that I haven't converted any epub freely available wargame rules lately. I have recently stumbled across Jim Wallman's quirky rule set of rioting in 18th Century England (mostly.. though it is applicable for other periods). I like the subject, and could see this as a great 6mm project. In any event I've converted it to an EPUB file for tablets and ereaders if there is an interest.

Does anyone know the significance of the title? My googling has turned up nothing…

Thanks!

Hailey's Comet was sighted in 1783, I wonder if that is the connection.

It must be a reference in one of the books the author used….
