Hi all, well I joined
TMP about 4 days ago or so. After reading a fair amount of the posts and enjoying a lot of the great paint work etc I have seen, I thought I would share some of my work. I recently took possession of a couple of Regiments of Austro-Hungarians and decided this would be my first SYW Army. So on my last weekend of Christmas holidays I painted up a Hungariian Regiment.

I hope the link works, I don't have a Blog, sorry.
Comments, criticisms and recommendations welcome.

Welcome to TMP. Nice work on the figures. If you want to post pictures directly on TMP you can. I'm not sure if you want to or not, just letting you know.

I usually do it by posting on imgur and then clicking on the picture and then copying the link and just pasting it into the box here.

But it looks like if you copy the image location in your photos you can paste that here:

Both the painting and the basing of the figures looks superb. I hope we get to see more of this as the army grows.

Thanks Pictor Studio, Bill, Doug, Punisher, Tango and IGWARG for your comments. I will try and post up a pic as each Regiment is finished and the remainder to a link.

Really enjoying this period, nice change from WW2.😆

Great start.

Many Thanks for your kind words.

Yes Crusader 28mm, I also have some Front Rank as well. Although I have found the Crusader to be a cleaner casting and more variety in the figures. Grenadier unit is next on the list.

Cheers.
