I've never seen any reference to battle honors, at least that were officially sanctioned. After the demise of the Republic the unofficial flags would have gone away. When called up in 1814 I've seen illustrations showing them carrying a very basic flag but no explanation of whether it was official or not. One would assume the regiments that served on the frontiers in 1815 would have them to inspire and act as rallying points.

I don't see how they could have battles honours because the National Guard under Napoléon didn't see really battles and campaigns before 1814-1815 in France. The National Guard Cohorts of 1813 had their own flags but these Cohorts became battalions of the 135th to 156th Line Infantry Regiment.

That is the common flag model 1805-1814 for the National Guard, only one flag by Department, not to each unit
on a side name of the Department, on the other side "Force to the Law Fidelity to the Emperor"

With the possible exception of the Garde de Paris (not sure they were Garde Nationale) these units weren't called out until the emergency after 1812. I am pretty sure these were not well trained outfits.

The Garde de Paris was not all a National Guard unit, there was a National Guard Regiment of the Imperial Guard raised in 1810 who became the 7th Voltigeurs of the Imperial Guard in 1813

The national guard regiment raised or incorporated in the Imperial guard was apparantly in honour of their performance during the 1809 Walcheren Invasion and the British threat to the French/Dutch shores…
