I was delighted to see Renegade Miniatures re-open for business and using birthday and Xmas money promptly placed four orders to the tune of £270.00 GBP from 15th December onwards. Nothing. A polite email, in view of the Xmas post, asking about the order status evoked the response," be with you in the next couple of days". Nothing. A further email, tumbleweed. A further email, nothing. One more try saying if no response I will have to register a Paypal dispute (reluctantly, as I really like their figures), nothing. Any one else experiencing difficulties? |

Now this may sound extraneous but why not give them a call? Sometimes email does not work. I had some email trouble trying to get my Continental Society membership, but we sorted it out. With Respect

I'd suggest the same; give them a call if you can. Perhaps their filter is sending your emails (and others?) to the junk folder. |

Would love to give Renegade an order – their Early WW1 stuff is great but I wish they would sell their stuff in packs of four figures instead of eight. |

Raised the issue with Paypal and received an email from Eliot today. Xmas/New Year issues, moving home and car accident. One email with any one of these problems would have been sufficient! He assures me that all four orders have been dispatched and I await with bated breath. Love their figures and so glad the brothers are back on the scene, sad to have to resort to raising my first "dispute with Paypal to get a response. |
