that Santa got me for Christmas. I was thinking that I had some spear arms left over from my GB dark age warriors. I wondered if they would fit the arabs as a change of pace. So I dug out the sprues to see if they would fit. And guess what? They fit very well. Why? Because they are the same exact arms in both sets. |

Well that's one way to save on sculpting fees. Technically there's nothing wrong with that, but it still feels shady to me. |

Is a spear arm a spear arm.. and any reason why they shouldn't fit? |

I think it's more that one would hope for more variations of an arm with javelin to be swapped between figures. |

Glengarry5, you hit it right on the nose. But I guess they figure a long sleeve to the wrist with a spear in the hand can be same no matter what the figure is. So GB what were you thinking? TIG (I really don't think that I will get a response from them.) |

That makes me wonder. Did they use the same arms for the plastic Vikings and Saxons? |

I swapped some of the viking and saxon bits about, I think the spear arms were similar if not the same, but sword and axe arms were different as I swapped the bits for a bit more variety. |

I didn't know because I was building an Anglo-Dane army. I mixed all of the sprues from both boxes from the start. |
