That's right the Russian Empire forces commonly known as the 'Whites' are very near release :) The return to the Tsarist ways of old, started a bloody Civil War, fought on a galactic scale, never seen before. New boundaries were set and the former USSR split into two new alliances. The Russian United States of the Kirov System (Named after Commander Kirov of the Great Patriotic War) and the Russian Empire to be reigned by Tsar Nicholas VII. Both forces share a very similar military range of equipment and many items are still used by both; however Imperial Russia has started a new arms race with a range of new and improved equipment to counter the growing numbers of the Rusk forces. No Peace accord was officially signed and both forces are now massing several armies along the Colony borders, which will no doubt end up with its continuation. There have been several complaints of border incursions, both of whom deny. Peace talks have failed and the Peacekeeping Commonwealth and PLA forces have left the borders. Strangely rumours abound that the peacekeepers had separate agendas all along……
They will be released this week :) Ill keep you posted More pics here armiesarmy.blogspot.co.uk thanks Keith armiesarmy.com |

Very Nice! I may have to indulge after payday! Just to be cheeky can anyone what colours were used on the infantry that's a look i've been trying to achieve on my 15mm for ages but never succeeded :-( |

Not a fan of the turret on first picture, just looks wrong to me (got nice detailing) but do like the gun & hull. The infantry definitely look alwhite, might be able to afford some. Regards MMG. |

Agree on the little turret with huge gun sticking off, but the hull is pretty serviceable and I may use some of those with the smaller turret. The infantry aren't my cup of tea, they look like hobbits. Just like early GZG, were they made to be compatible with those? Same look. |

Nice models and great paint. The AFVs are genuinely different from other stuff around at the moment, which is good. There are so many 15mm SF models out there at the moment it's great to have choice, I reckon. Wile I wouldn't disagree that some of AA's troops are on the 'dumpy' side, it is worth noting how 'corpulant' modern body armour can make troops appear:
I love different looks, though (and by way of contrast) some of the recent PF sculptures for Clear Horizons like their Mercs are fabulous and pretty anatomically slender. I just guess I like lots of variety and certainly lots of options. John T |

Turrets seem "obviously" remotely controlled in appearance. The big gun might be all that fills the turret? |

Thanks all The turret are auto turrets indeed The infantry ooops…two pics the same.
Should of been that one They have a style which allows more detail and are nicer to paint in my opinion :) The Brits and PLA are a mm chunkier given the kit they wear. These and others are slightly trimmer and less kit. Same sculptor as the GZG old and new :) Helena Bottom are you Heinz Aryan * per chance?

The idea for turrets is that Russian Empire use fully automated turrets, just like real world ultra modern russians do in their protorypes tanks, like Object 195
They also want to use unmaned turret for their recent super secret tank T-14 Armata that they will show on 9 may Victory Parade

Interesting critique on Martin Baker's sculpting style? I think that they look damn good painted up and once on the tabletop should look amazing. Kudos Keith for putting some cool vehicles and nice sculpts up for sale. Appreciate the effort that went into it! |
