Can anyone point me to a seller of Chinese type near future gangers/ hackers/ thugs/fabricants? I see the kickstarter was funded but no luck on where to find the rules and the few models that were funded. So this leaves me to hunt down impostors to satisfy my need to game this concept. Any help would be great and I thank those that help in advance. Jonathan H. |

The kickstarter hit delays for a variety of reasons, but is hopefully nearing the light of day – the figures were in master moullds last update, and while the hard copy rules haven't appeared yet, the PDFs have been sent to backers, and are rather a good read. |

As for your actual question, I'm struggling there. Easy to cobble together a Russian looking gang, but Chinese figures are pretty thin on the ground…. For Yakuza, the new North Star set is a bit of a no-brainer…. link The Hong Kong cops set they do also looks very promising – just a pity there's not a Tong gang…. |

Dom--I just spent a good while looking at the Copplestone Castings web store. There are many ranges that would work. there are even some kids on skateboards to use as thugs. The GANGSTERS, kISS kISS BANG bANG, Future Wars could work out. There is some scenery for computer terminals. there are Chem suit guys that could work for Factory workers. There are armed alien type "not-Fabricants" curious--where can I get this PDF of the rules? And--you are the resident master of decals made to order am I right?
sharing what I found so far. Is there another place that does some good MDF future-near future hallways-rooms-labs--gives the feel of Space Hulk sort of type terrain? JH |

The rules should be at the printers, according to the most recent update a month ago. The figures have apparently been an adventure, with at least one caster switch. Similar themes can be found in the Rezolution line (APAC, mostly) and in the Void/Urban War/Metropolis line (Urban War Tongs, VASA MIBs, and Syntha borgs). You may also have some luck in the new and old Warzone lines (Cybertronic and Mishima), and in Iron Wind Metals' Shadowrun line (also available from Ral Partha Europe). Less ostentatious stuff may also be had in RAFM's 28mm near future line. In a pinch, old GW Necromunda Orlocks, and Vietnam War and Chinese Revolution lines. |

Yeah, Copplestone, EM-4 and especially Foundry all have loads of great gangers of various styles – they're just mainly, well, Caucasian…. I don't know if the rules are generally available yet – I backed the Kickstarter and got them last month. I presume they'll be on regular sale when the figures come out though, if not before. PS – Afraid not on decals to order – just don't have the time for custom stuff any more – I invariably end up regretting the odd occasions I relent, so best to stick to no there I'm afraid. |

Dom--just out of curiousity- does the rules cover Drones? like a remote controlled car or airborne drone? Could I use motor cycles? is there a Police pretense? If so the Copplestone look very western but look a little like Hong Kong PD (at least from the jackie Chan movies I can recall from)?? Sorry for so many questions but we want a 180 degree change up on gaming. No more WW2 in Kustrin and Seelow Heights. Warmachine needs a break. I have lost 2 in a row to my son. better get out while I can--well take a break at the very least.
I am trying to hunt down this PDF |

Not on my PC at the moment to check, but I have a suspicion drones may be a yes, motorbikes a no, and police a definite yes, although getting into a firefight with them may be very bad for your career prospects – they're primarily to be evaded rather than engaged. Will take a look at the rules and check next time I'm on the PC. PS – Why not just message him and ask when the rules will be available via the Kickstarter page or his Facebook or forum? |

PS – Here are the North Star HK cops – pity there aren't more uniforms rather than SWAT, but still…. :-) link |

I backed that Kickstarter, and have had several other KSs fund afterward with more complicated castings (or more of them) and fulfill while I've been waiting on Ghosts. The ranges suggested by everyone else are great ideas. You might try Statuesque for sexy fembot fabricants, Copplestone or Em4 for more rough bots. Stone Circle produced a short lived range called China Town, they're kind of hard to find though. Lastly, there's some Asian civvies from Pardulon: link |

Just had a check – yes to drones – only airborne are mentioned / statted. No to motorbikes. Very yes to police – in a multiplayer campaign you can even choose to be a police player instead of having a gang. As for the KS, yes this one has been incredibly slow, but he has at least posted from time to time explaining why, so I can't honestly say it bothers me too much. Thanks for the Pardulon link – might well succumb to those civvies. |

Thanks to all that have offered ideas and direction. Just to share there are SATYR droid type bots from Victory Force Miniatures that fit as Fabricants. remove the pistol on them and they are sold individually. Since Jim of VF has so many ranges you could find a few other bits and bobs to make shipping worth it. I have emailed about the Rules for GoH and no luck yet. So I am wondering if there are rules that are similar out there in the wide world that could fill this void vor me until I can get my hands on them or just tweek something out. Rules for hacking. contolling Drones, cameras, Doors, lights, the world are making this interesting. I need to know more on this world or just wing it. I see a super powerful Corporation that is getting too big. run in with Chinese Gov't. The local population is disenfranchised-turns on the Corp. Still really like this GoH idea. I have for a long time. I was just hoping it would be alive and kicking by now. JH |
