Not sure of this is the place to post, but any recommendations?
Thanks,
Ed

Until recently, it would have been Game Towne, but they seem to have shut down (I'm relying on the internet).

Try Game Empire.

Three main ones now.

Game Empire mainly has the normal GW type of games and board games.

At Ease Games next to Miramar Air Station has all the GW type of games plus some historical stuff like Saga, Warlord Games stuff, and FoW.

Pair a Dice games is up in North County in Vista. It has GW type stuff plus some FoW. They also have more older historical board games too from what I remember.

Brookhurst Hobbies in Garden Grove is the best local store but a bit north of San Diego.

Definitely worth the drive, even in SoCal traffic.

Game Towne closed? I worked there for a couple of years! That sucks :-(

I second Game Empire!

At ease games is the best. They have a better selection of non GW games than Game Empire and the staff is friendlier. I miss game Towne too. That was my store of choice for years.

Brookhurst, well worth the trip.
