In a spate of dyslexic insomnia, I ordered the wrong book from Two Hour Wargames. I sent an email asking for help. Within hours, got the PDF I wanted, the right book on the way, and the difference refunded. Mind you, this was my fault, not theirs. Outstanding service for an outstanding product. Thank you, Ed at Two Hour Wargames! |

One of the hobby's true gentlemen! I bought a hard cover copy of the second edition of NUTS awhile back only to find out a new final version was due out shortly. When I wrote Ed to find out what the differences would be he sent me a PDF of the final version free! |

Also Ed is very prompt with answering players' questions about the rules sets. This is done on the Two Hour Wargame Forum. He has the patience of Job (sp?), too. Tom |

Yes, I got great email responses from him and I wasn't even technically a customer since it was concerning a free download. A class act to be sure. |
