Many thanks All for the kind comments :-) I make these purely for my own self-indulgence, and I am a very lazy modeller!! :-D … Some of the smaller, simpler pieces are my own patterns, but I tend to hunt down freebie stuff on the internet and pimp them up… This tends to involve using Photoshop to re-texture the original pattern, re-sizing if necessary and then adding scenic bases and any other details I can think of. The CG Texture site; cgtextures.com/index.php is a goldmine for useful textures… The Samurai house is based on the models from the good folks at Black Ronin: black-ronin.com/index.html Hope this is of some use, any other queries, please ask :-) Oh, and my apologies to Bob, I've just found out I can include images in messages here… best wishes, Stu |
