Man,I have several items and all are equally the same priority: Assist Leland and Doc with Silent Death Assist Sgt's Mess however I can Start a wargaming line of products with a buddy who has an existing model business. Lesser priorities would be building a gaming table for home. Gunner, Already working on a similar idea, but less gothic. I am sure we would be able to work together, if you are interested. |

Sort out my figures and vehicles and put them into playable forces and then sell or trade the rest for items that i might need after the re-organization. Also loads of commissioned painting to get a head start and some painting for myself and all going well some scratch built buildings, its gonna be a busy year… |

I don't do resolutions, but if I did, it would be to: Game more. Seriously, I might get to game 3 x per year, tops. No local opponents, so it's an arduous drive to even play a game. Paint more. I let my son distract me too much from painting, and I used to paint after he went to bed, but I find that I prefer more sleep instead (chronic inadequate sleep was taking a toll on my health). |

So… 1. Finalize modular bases project (short future); 2. Release "Heroic Ballads" game; 3. Most important: finish big, big project and make the release in Bristol at BT! and… 4. Paint more minis in 15mm 5. Enjoy the hobby! |

640x480 Well, technically its a size, not a resolution. But people around here aren't likely to be pedantic about that … |

To avoid "look at the new shiny" syndrome. I'm sure my wallet will see to that just fine. |

To get back to gaming. To actually game at least a couple of times a year. Dan |

To make final decisions on what figures I want to use for which periods and stick to it…be disciplined in my buying. I like Colonials and I like toy soldiers. In recent months I started painting a pile of Laing Colonials and I love the little things…Sudan and Zulu. I've also started converting some for East Africa. I'm also covering the same ground in 20mm…Jacklex equipment and Scruby foot soldiers (I've got a decent S Range collection going too). Anyway…my main concern is to stick to the plan. |

- Finish the group's ongoing 6mm Napoleonics campaign (hopefully by safely extracting l'Armée d'Orient from Egypt) - Paint and base enough 3mm models so I can field any given regiment from a late 1970s Soviet MRD - Persaude someone to do the same for an equivalent NATO or PRC force - Sort out a half-decent campaign system for the period - Keep up momentum with terrain construction |

PAINT! PAINT! PAINT! I've been really slacking off on my painting in 2014, so I really need to get energized for 2015 and start working through the huge backlog I build up last year. |

I will use my miniatures at least once this year, so that my wife will stop suggesting that I don't need them anymore because I don't use them anymore. She doesn't understand…. |

Finish the game I'm designing. |
| Dedthom | 09 Jan 2015 7:15 a.m. PST |
I have decided to choose one game and paint and play it. I sold all my miniatures about 2 years ago and I am coming back but in a more organized way. The game I have chosen is a game from my youth that I have always loved. Simple enough but with great depth. Scalable so I can move at my own pace. Also fairly cheap. The game is Battletech. |

Resolve to play more than the current 2x a month "norm" our group currently seems to have fallen into, even if it means joining (or starting) a second group. |
