I am beginning to prepare to host games at Cons and although I feel I have a grip on figure transport, I am a little daunted at the idea of safely transporting several feet of fencing, trees, and houses. What works for you? |

Veg boxes, like these,
They are free and stack neatly and safely. When your done with them they can be chucked away, so you don't have storage, storage issues. |

I have a bunch of plastic bins. I put the terrain in there and transport it to the show like that. It is difficult to find a way to transport it completely safely unless you have all MBA terrain and keep it in the boxes it comes in. That is also how I store it so I don't have to transfer it around or pack it up before a show, unless I was just playing with it. |

I've got a bunch of these
I then get a roll of non slip material used in kitchens
Or if you want something safer I've bought sheets of foam to secure my terrain further. I've used this method to transport con terrain for ten FoW tables safely for a decade, and it's perfect for storage at home. |
