Looks more like new crews for their old guns.

They are. In the article it states that the Finns purchased the guns from the Germans.

Indeed it is "new crews for their old guns." I fully comprehend the business model that this underlies; biggest bang FROM our bucks. However the small states like Finland used other equipment as well as the stuff supplied by Germany! And not just them… As an example of what I mean, I'm still waiting to see WG release EITHER the French 25mm or 47mm anti-tank gun!!!!
