We're very pleased to expand our 18mm Bourbon Spanish codes for the War of the Spanish Succession to include the cavalry, artillery and high command. The Spanish cavalry was quite good and it was they who won the Battle of Almansa, riding down the Portuguese cavalry and sealing the defeat of the Anglo-Portuguese Foot.

Painted by Rafa, and sculpted by Mike Broadbent. It should be noted that many of the Spanish troops of the WSS could be used as French in the Nine Years War as well. In other news, we are well underway on the Austrians (wave 1 is basically done except the Grenadiers) and the Bavarians (musketeers are done) and those should be available early 2015.

The latest codes of Spanish are available here:

Awesome sculpts! I'm ready for the Austrians! This is a fabulous line and IMO, is the 15/18mm equivalent to the Minden range in 30mm

I see some huge choices in 2015 for my limited budget plans.

The men look very nicely sculpted indeed, and therefore tempting. However, please, please show some cavalry figures side-on, so that the horses' proportions can be judged fairly. On all the pictures I've seen so far, the heads seem to be on the big side. I'm hoping that it's due to the camera angle, but won't order until I can be sure.

Khurasan has finally made my scale decision for me. When I get around to doing WSS, it will definitely be in 15's.
