Just a tip of the hat and a thanks to the fine fellows at Eureka USA for an excellent transaction. I just purchased some old 1941 US Marines and had a wonderful experience with them, and that stunned me.

I've had a long, but annoying history with Eureka USA. They are the only company who sell early WWII US troops in 15mm so they are my go to for these miniatures. These are wonderful sculpts that paint up brilliantly… easily some of my most favorite miniatures ever.

But I have always struggled getting posted to me. First their site was very difficult to use because it seemed to do its level best to forget me. It seemed like I had to make a new account every time I ordered from them, or the cart would lock up and lose my order. Then another time I ordered some expensive US cavalry and the order was lost in the post… After that I swore never again. I would only buy from them at the HMGS shows.

I missed Fall-In this year so I didn't get my yearly fix of these minis.. I've painted all of my on-hand figures and I'm slowly working my way up to company so I needed more of them. So, I held my nose and placed a new order fully expecting another round of annoyances….

And it didn't happen!

The website ran like a charm! My order when through quickly and easily. I was even able to use Paypal to pay for my order AND the system happily took my information and set-up my account. I even got a nice set of emails telling me that my account was set-up and that the transaction went through. I then got an email that gave me a tracking number so I could follow the whole process. It costed me some extra bucks, but given that cavalry experience, the slightly higher shipping was well worth it.

I got my minis today, not even a week later, and everything I ordered was there, and it's almost Christmas! They had to have filled my order within hours of my placing the order.

Frankly, this was probably the best order experience I have ever had with maybe the exception of GZG. Needless to say, I'm very pleased. I will order from them in the future.

So again, thanks Eureka USA for getting things squared away in such a wonderful manner. I look forward to buying from you very soon.

I received the shipping email within 1/2 hour of my order being placed on a Friday morning and the order was at my door Monday afternoon.

I had GREAT service from them as well. Four days from order to my doorstep. Friday to Monday for me as well.
