Had an old discount coupon that expired (unknowingly). Wrote NKG this past Sunday and asked if they would honor it or issue a new one. NKG responded in 5 minutes (again, on a Sunday), and issued me a new discount coupon on the spot. Nicely done and highly recommended. |

I have ordered from them lots of times, and have always been pleased with them. And what a selection! Too right! It's hard to find a one-stop online gaming to suit my scattershot wants, but NK covers it pretty darned well. |

NK is the best. I ordered a Good Condition board game from them and when they found out it was missing they asked if I was OK with a new in shrink version instead (for the opened price). I have always received shipments from them within 5 days of ordering as well, very often in 3 days. |

Class act all the way. Been doing business w/ them for years, never once had any cause for complaint. That includes buying from them as well as trade ins. For those who don't know, they'll give you cash or store credit for your trade ins, as well as providing you w/ prepaid shipping labels to mail your stuff in with. Highly recommended and always the first place I look. |

I sent them a few older RPG games I had lying around and would never get around to playing for store credit. Got a good deal from them and ended up getting a copy of Victoria Cross II.
