Has anyone used Plast Craft Buildings? link

If so, have you tried to modify them to make ruined and damaged versions of the buildings? Are they made of soft plastic or are they brittle and hard to work with?

Thanks for your help!

They are a foam board type material. Go together nicely and are inexpensive. I have not done it but they should damage without much trouble. So far I have done a couple and would buy more.
