It occurs to me that many TMPers have little experience with warships and yet many of us play games where such vehicles are central to the conflicts involved.

Additionally I wanted to demonstrate my knowledge of the alphabet has improved since last week.

I thought of posting this earlier (as well as separate polls for surface ships and submarines) but given the relatively few naval conflicts in the past 70 years I expect the answers will be far more predictable than the similar polls suggested last week.

So, what is your experience with warships?

C) I have been inside a replica(s)

So, what is your experience with armored military vehicles?

Are you asking about tanks or ships?

Are you asking about tanks or ships?

At least my alphabetic knowledge has improved, even if my other editing skills have. I knew I would miss something.

In any case it has been fixed.

D (if you count museum ships) – I've been to the USS Intrepid in NYC and USS Yorktown in SC.
If you've never been to Patriot's Point in SC, it is wonderful. In addition to the Yorktown, they have a destroyer and sub, lots of planes, and the Medal of Honor Museum (worth a visit even if you don't like ships).
They also have programs to spend the night on the Yorktown, something I was not able to do on my visit. My brother and nephews have done it and gave it rave reviews.

I would be more afraid of KinderEgg smugglers from Nova Scotia, but I guess they count, too…
