I ordered some modern armor from QRF on 1 Dec and some infantry from Peter Pig. I got a confirmation e-mail from Peter Pig and received the infantry two days ago.
Does QRF send anything so I know they got my order? I have never ordered from them but they have BMPs. Thanks Joe |

I've made several orders with them over the last c.18 months. They always send a confirming email, any updates on dispatch and a receipt for payment, all by email. Very good service, great figures and vehicles, and absolutely no problems this end – and I'm in the outer spiral arm of the galaxy (aka Australia). |

We have a new website, so there might be a slight glitch with the system, but you should get an automated acknowledgement of your order at the time of placement. I can see your order on the system, I suspect Sarah will be trying to get it out this week (if it didn't go out last week – she sometimes doesn't get time to do the admin updates) |
