Got early notes for a set of ww2 rules aimed at playing quickly with a lot of toys on the table. Facts: Original system, not based on FiveCore or "In Sight". Aimed at 6mm or 10mm but 15mm could work too. 1 stand is 1 squad or vehicle. The aim is fast play with a lot of toys on the table. Inspired by the old "Space Marine" rules from GW but not a clone of that. Aimed a bit more at the "game" part than the hard core simulation but I think it'll do well enough. This is something I've been sitting on for a while but now seems as good a time as any. Reading feedback is great but if you can put some mini's on the table, that's really what I am looking for. It's aimed at WW2, but if you want to test it with cold war stuff, I don't imagine you'd break anything at all. Post your email here, PM me or email me at runequester@gmail.com

We'll give it a go. Quick and simple with lots of toys is right down our street. We do play 20mm and 28mm, but we have a large table and like it be very dense with scenery. Drop us a line…. the_lighthouse@btinternet.com |

The ranges might be a bit pitiful with larger figures but you can adjust that as you find appropriate. File sent. |

I'm just now looking for a simple set to use with my son and his friend, who have started collecting WWII miniatures. As a long-time fan of FAD I'm curious to take a look (I know they are not like FAD). Cheers, Christopher |

Ivan, you er! How could you do this to me!? You know I'm looking for something like this (for my Cold War stuff), but you also know I'm about to start a grand campaign with your other rules!!! I suppose I'll have catch up later, but I demand you slow down your rate of rules production! They sound great; I'd love to get in on them, but I don't think I can get anything else on the table right now… V/R, Jack |

I'd love to try them out too Ivan but I'm swamped at the moment. If they're half as good as your "5core" then they'll be seriously worth trying… I might request them from you during the Christmas holidays if I find some "me" time to play with my toys… |

hah, this is super early drafts anyways so no worries ;) This is a more traditional design than 5core but it might turn out to be pretty good. I am looking for testing to make sure the base ideas are sound, before putting too much work in. There's even some stats in there if you squint ;) |
