Started my AWI last march. I've got 4 regt. of Brits (16 men each). 3 regt. of americans and quite a few skirmishers. They are all Perry metal and plastic. I figured it would be a long term project (3 years) so I'm taking my time with it. Your figs. are very nice. Keep up the great work. |

Nice blog. I started AWI about a year ago. Mainly Perry but I have Fife and Drum as well. My units are 24 figures each. I think it might be too much but I have already traveled down this path and that is just what they will be. I have 5 American infantry and 8 British infantry. I also have 1 British gun. It has been a nice era to paint. Matthew |

Thanks a lot everyone. I play Black Powder, and my infantry units are 12 strong, so with the addition of some extra command I could have gotten 3 regiments out of these. I found them really time consuming tho, and it's not an era that's top of my list to paint for or game, so they have to go… |
