Hi All I am based in the UK and looking for some help on Saganami Island Tactical Simulator. I bought the rules PDF from Wargames Vault and now want to play. Anyone knows where I can get or make the tilt blocks and ships from ? Cheers |

hmm the Ships may still be available at Ad Astra. Do not get tilt boxes. They only really worked with the paper ships rather than the miniatures These are better if more expensive link

adastragames.com/new.html …has a comment on blocks; concerns Squadron Strike, but I think the blocks are the same. The Products button on the Home page doesn't seem to work, so can't find the ships. However, should be some available at stores I don't necessarily frequent. There's always 'roll your own' paper ships, of course. I was intrigued by the idea of setting the figs in clear resin blocks, but never warmed to the game system enough to bother. Ninja Magic stuff was unavailable for awhile, and probably won't be until next year sometime. It's missed. TMP link Doug |

Please note that Saganami Island Tactical Simulator is no longer an Ad Astra Games product, although the plastic components are the same. |

Thanks,Ken(?) I was a bit confused by the 'dance' with 'Swords'. Are the ships still being made? Doug |

The miniatures can be ordered here. And lists the blocks. The 'Sword' in Final Sword Production, there's been some reorganization, and I wasn't sure which is landing where. Doug |

BoomBoomBoom: I have a box set sitting idle on my shelf that I'm willing to let go for the cost of shipping rounded up to the nearest $5. USD Dunno what sending that to the UK from Canada would cost, though it's probably non-trivial; but if you're interested let me know and I'll see what it weighs. |

Canada to the UK can be impressive, but a most generous offer on your part. Still, I'd like to see what he creates. @BoomBoomBoom, please share your results! Doug |

Vagabond Elf, what would the shipping be to Florida? I've had my eye on SITS for a while now but could never be convinced enough to pull the trigger. And I'm a self-confessed HH lover :) |

Final Sword kept SITS, Ad Astra kept Birds of Prey, Attack Vector and Squadron Strike. |

I actually just ordered from Final Sword yesterday. I'll let you know how my experience goes. I still need to get the 2.0 version of the rules, and the webstore is somewhat confusing about if I need to order the upgrade pack or the deluxe rulebook. Their descriptions are pretty similar, but I'd rather not spend $25 USD and get the wrong thing. |
